I’m Stephen Kowal, a Stevensville resident with strong roots in Ravalli County. As a Reserve Deputy with the Ravalli County Sheriff’s Office, a Board Member for the Ravalli County Reserve Deputy Association, and Board Member for the Bitterroot Swim Team, I serve our community every single day—whether it’s patrolling streets or cheering on our kids.
My career leading global sales teams—merging 1,000+ person teams and launching million-dollar programs—means I know how to manage complex issues like explosive growth and budget crunches. As a 7-time Ironman triathlon finisher, I bring the endurance to push through, no matter the obstacle. I’m running because I’ve seen firsthand how federal layoffs and vanishing farmland hurt families —I’m in this to manage Ravalli’s growth thoughtfully, shield your tax dollars for roads and safety, and build an economy that keeps jobs local for our future.
